Established in 2023, MYMETABOLIC is an independent business, based in Brighton, operating across the UK, which redefines metabolic testing. We use state of the art technology and expert guidance to provide our clients with a unique experience. 

 

We offer VO2 and resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing for individuals, groups and businesses looking to gain in-depth knowledge around physiological parameters.

 

In the past, VO2 and RMR testing were only available in Hospitals and Universities, making them expensive and time consuming. Now, we are able to offer the same accurate analysis in a more efficient style. Our equipment is fully portable, which means we can come to you! This allows you to have your testing carried out from anywhere in the UK, whether it’s from the comfort of your home, local gym or fitness studio. We also have affiliations with gyms and clinics, where we can carry out testing if you do not have access to your own space.
